GTS Week 1 Practice A

There are a lot of things that I learned in project management. I got a reminder of just how many things go into a project. The main thing I learned was how many different components go together to create a solid project plan. This is important for all project, but it will be especially important for the fairy tale project this week.

A lot of things that I learned in project management will be helpful including: a timeline, a marketing strategy, an analysis of need and certainly objectives. This will all help me to proceed with the ultimate objective or goals of the project.

The timeline is helpful because it allows me to stay on task and tells me how many parts of the project I still have left to work on. Marketing is important because I must create compelling content that the viewer understands and is willing to follow over multiple platforms. I also must strategize which avenues of social media to use and how to construct the story around them. I also must have a clear objective into what the ultimate goal of the project is. This all leads to the finalized project, which can certainly be helped by the knowledge gained in project management.
